This is a command-line tool that produces include (.INC) files directly from
32-bit dynamic-link libraries (.DLL files). After this you can use the
include files for creating Win32 applications with Borland Turbo Assembler.
Besides, the program allows you to use response files to list the .DLL files
that you want to process at once. See README.TXT file for more details.
It is recommended to use the program in conjunction with Borland IMPLIB
utility that produces import libraries (.LIB files) from DLLs.
